Below are some extra steps we are taking to protect you, your loved ones, and our staff members.
We have always been responsive to the needs of our clients and now more so than ever. We currently offer a completely contact-free experience. Your estimate will be performed based on digital images shown on websites such as Google Maps, Redfin, Zillow, etc. You would not need to be home in the event that we need to have one of our consultants stop by to provide an estimate.
Any discussions required to determine the scope of work needed will be performed over the phone, text, and/or via email. Our work is second to none and you are encouraged to inspect it after we leave and let us know if there is anything that you would like us to revisit. Kindly let us know within two business days and we will return with a smile and retreat the area in question.
Credit card has been the preferred method of payment for our clients for several years and that will continue. We simply email you an invoice and you can make a payment online. Our system will automatically email you a receipt afterwards! If you would rather pay by check, simply leave it under the doormat or taped to the front door and we will pick it up at the time of service.
Our staff is receiving continuing training in the proper use of our EPA approved detergent compounds and they are all issued appropriate safety gear for their protection.
CDC/EPA Disinfectants:
When Softwashing your property our main soap solution is made with Sodium Hypochlorite, the primary ingredient in Clorox (Bleach). This solution is listed by the CDC and EPA as disinfectant against SARS-CoV-2 (coronavirus/covid-19).

We can use this disinfectant on virtually any service or area that can get wet. Residential Areas, Grocery Stores, Shopping Carts, Restrooms, Playground Equipment, Doctors Offices, Hospitals, Schools, Day Cares, Gas Stations, Restaurants, Business Entrances, HOA and Condo entrances, Multi-Family common areas and virtually any other area that you can think of.
